Abstract

三陰性乳癌是乳癌中一種最具挑戰性的類型，因其缺乏有效的靶向治療，導致預後不佳。本計畫的社會貢獻包括 (1) 闡明 golgin-97 和CD63 如何參與調節胞外囊泡的生成及腫瘤的侵襲性，揭示其在三陰性乳癌中的新穎機制，(2) 基於研究結果，開發具有潛力的生物標記，這將有助於臨床上偵測腫瘤發生或進展，(3) 提供針對調控 golgin-97，CD63 或其相關胞外囊泡貨物分子的藥物開發基礎，協助新治療方法的研發。
