Abstract

黑色素瘤之病因可能涉及控制正常神經脊細胞和黑色素細胞生長的幾種訊號途徑產生異常。儘管過去在治療和預防該疾病方面已有許多臨床研究和分子研究投入，但導致黑色素瘤的異常基因及其調控途徑仍有待發現。我們相信此項研究將揭示一種新型的分子調控途徑，並可有助於開發用於人類黑色素瘤的新型治療策略。
