Abstract

本計畫旨在探討電針(EA)透過血管活性腸胜肽第2型受體(VIPR2)對腸腦軸的調控作用,進一步了解其在腸道及神經炎症中的潛在機轉。許多腸道疾病與睡眠障礙密切相關,睡眠片段化(SF)已被證實加劇腸道發炎並影響生活品質。本研究將建立葡聚糖硫酸鈉(DSS)誘導之腸道發炎合併SF的小鼠模型,並透過VIPR2拮抗劑、激動劑及基因剔除(KO)小鼠,釐清EA對VIPR2及腸道屏障的影響,進一步探討其在腸腦軸調控中的角色。 本計畫預期在學術上闡明EA在腸道與腦部間的調控路徑,為腸道及神經相關疾病的治療提供新的研究方向。在社會層面,該研究將促進非藥物性療法的應用,減少藥物依賴及其潛在副作用,提升生活品質。在經濟層面,EA作為一種低成本、高安全性的介入方式,有望成為腸道與神經疾病患者更具可行性的治療方案,降低醫療負擔並促進中醫針灸在臨床領域的廣泛應用。
