Abstract

本計劃為基礎的病毒研究,執行本計劃可以對EB病毒進行溶裂複製時,對病毒的組裝過程,特別是病毒醣蛋白的組裝,可以有深入的暸解。病毒醣蛋白參與目標細胞的辨識,與細胞表面的蛋白質及受體結合,引發外套膜與細胞膜的融合,是病毒感染細胞最重要的步驟,也是發展抗病毒疫苗與抗病毒藥物的主要標的。溶裂複製大規模的膜重塑影響細胞膜蛋白移動的速率,途徑的改變可能與EB病毒的致病性相關。暸解EB病毒醣蛋白的功能,及溶裂複製時蛋白移動途徑的改變,未來可針對此過程發展新的抗病毒藥劑,進而治療由EB病毒感染所引發的相關疾病。
