Abstract
臨床上肺癌為高發生率與高致死率的癌症，肺癌病人免疫治療在臨床上有20%以上的療效，免疫治療是未來的有效治療選項之一。癌細胞除不斷增生，亦會造成免疫細胞活性抑制，透過合併放射性療法有助於增進癌病人的免疫療法效率，但其細胞分子機轉尚待釐清，故本研究想探討放射療法抑制癌細胞產生免疫抗性的機轉，並以CRISPR技術增進免疫力，將有助於未來發展癌症精準個人化治療。
