Abstract

臨床上肺癌為高發生率與高致死率的癌症,肺癌病人免疫治療在臨床上只有20%的療效,如何增加免疫治療療效是臨床重要課題之一。放射治療除抑制癌細胞增生,亦會釋放干擾素及細胞激素活化免疫細胞,本研究將釐清放射治療活化癌病人的免疫活性分子機轉,並據以開發新型癌症藥物及評估T細胞CXCR3等做為臨床免疫治療療效的生物標記,將有助於未來發展精準肺癌個人化治療。
