Abstract

本計畫的主要目的在於利用肌肉協同分析了解嬰兒不安動作是否為未來行走及動作發展的前驅因子。由於不安動作的出現與否對腦性麻痺的診斷有極高的預測性、且其動作表徵也與神經動作損傷等疾病有關,透過結合神經工程的跨領域合,不只能增進對動作控制早期發展的了解、提升預測高危險嬰兒族群未來功能發展的準確度、更有利於早期治療的發展與應用。此外,本實驗的結果與後續研究之進行也可提供療效評估的生理指標,並結合現有的臨床評估,更精準地偵測嬰幼兒對治療介入的反應與改變、甚至作為提供個別化訓練的依據。而透過即時的評估與介入,不只可提升治療效果、促進兒童未來的獨立性與生活參與、更能進一步減輕家庭負擔與長期的社會醫療支出。
