Abstract

瀰漫性膠質瘤腫瘤細胞在神經系統的侵襲,以及其造成神經功能改變,不但破壞神經網路亦惡化患者腦功能。本計劃結合跨維度臨床資訊、大腦連結體、神經迴路乃至單細胞電訊號與腫瘤分子表現,運用生物資訊分析,大腦連結體網路分析,電生理訊號分析等,深入對瀰漫性膠質瘤神經-腫瘤網路議題做分子層次與腦網路層次的探討與整合,得到的結果將有助於解決部分關於腫瘤細胞與神經系統之相關性釐清,找出神經-腫瘤網路的關鍵生物特徵與致病機轉,期能開發可能治療,應用在未來瀰漫性膠質瘤患者做個人化的醫療策略與選擇。
