Abstract

舒張性心衰竭(HFpEF)約佔近半心衰竭案例,源於心室舒張功能低下,血液充填不易導致症狀表現。由於舒張性心衰竭病患罹病率與死亡率高,其中心律不整為重要促成因素,成為治療介入之重要標的。目前臨床尚無有效改善舒張性心衰竭藥物,因此發展安全有效之治療藥物仍相當必要。心肌胞內肌漿質網鈣離子回收幫浦(SERCA2a)為鈣離子調控重要機制,是目前發展抗心衰竭與心律不整藥物之重要標的。本子計畫探討新合成SERCA2a活化劑CVie化合物,在舒張性心衰竭尿毒心肌病變大鼠模式,改善舒張性心衰竭及心房及心室心律不整感受性效能,及詳細作用機制。所研發之新型機轉藥物具學術研究特殊性,預期未來應具高度臨床治療應用潛力與價值。
