Abstract

社會預期影響本研究結果可提升社會大眾對中藥丹參心血管疾病治療療效的認識與肯定。經濟預期影響心血管疾病西醫藥費是健保署的前一二名,中藥丹參的費用遠少於西藥,配合丹參治療心血管疾病可減輕健保署和就醫民眾經濟的負擔。學術預期影響本研究結合中藥基礎研究與新穎的基因轉殖動物技術深入瞭解丹參酮IIA保護心臟與血管的作用機制。本研究發現丹參經由改變內皮細胞的活化狀態並進而抑制內皮間質轉換與纖維母細胞活化機轉,將有助於進一步利用細胞分子生物學的架構來解釋丹參活血化瘀的中醫理論。
