Abstract

拮抗流感病毒PA蛋白質核酸內切酶活性已是目前新一代的抗流感病毒藥物的作用機制，本研究將進一步了解PA蛋白質在被感染細胞中與粒線體蛋白質的交互作用，及此交互作用對病毒複製及病毒致病性的影響。未來研究成果將有助於設計新一代以PA為標的之抗流感病毒藥物。
