Abstract

本計畫成果將以單一細胞轉錄體學、多體學與網絡藥理學平台配合大數據分析呈現傳統中藥複方大黃蟅蟲丸可有效調節肝癌腫瘤微環境、輔助治療肝癌並進而預防肝癌惡化之堅實證據，且有助於開發非侵入性生物標誌及應用於肝纖維化/肝癌之臨床治療。相關發現對肝癌治療策略與新藥開發皆有正面的助益。
