Abstract

應用第一年的研究成果，本研究計畫主要目的為應用靈性照護模型(spiritual care model)中的靈性經驗剖面圖，參酌靈性諮商提供者之深度訪談來發展一套適用於罹患慢性腎臟疾病患者的靈性評估工具與介入方法，並檢驗這些靈性評估工具與介入方法在臨床應用的成效。透過本研究的執行與結果，不僅在學術上檢驗靈性概念在理論因素結構與潛在剖面與西方結果比較以了解靈性是否為跨文化之概念。在實務方面，發展靈性評估工具、靈性照護者職能、與靈性諮商模式，能用於日後的靈性評估，並協助擬定病人個別化之靈性照護介入計畫。
