Abstract

本研究主要目的乃依據靈性照護模型(spiritual care model)與靈性經驗概念來建立台灣民眾靈性經驗剖面圖像。而藉由此剖面的建構，不僅可以發展出一套適用於罹患慢性腎臟疾病患者的靈性評估工具與介入方法，並檢驗這些靈性評估工具與介入方法在臨床應用的成效。透過本研究的執行與結果，不僅在學術上檢驗靈性理論之因素結構與潛在剖面，與西方結果比較以確立靈性是否為跨文化之概念。在實務方面，發展靈性評估工具，能用於日後的靈性評估，而透過靈性經驗剖面分類，也能協助日後擬定病人個別化靈性照護的介入計畫。
