Abstract

此計畫將運用建制民族誌,從醫學受訓學員的立足點探究他們日常臨床紀錄工作經驗,來了解存在於臨床環境之社會組織中的支配關係如何影響學員臨床紀錄的工作。在研究過程中,我們將辨識在醫學受訓者臨床紀錄工作中的線索,來闡釋超越時間地域空間的支配關係,與文本中介的協調方式如何影響其臨床記錄工作。將圖繪出關於學員臨床紀錄工作之建制地圖,闡明學員臨床記錄工作是如何在社會組織中拼組而成。研究結果將可提供在臨床醫學教育和實務之間,進一步理解學員日常臨床記錄工作並尋求改變的機會。同時也提供一個從醫學受訓學員立足點出發的學術研究方法取徑之參考。
