Abstract

慢性骨髓增殖症病人在診斷後,有部分病人會轉化成次發性骨髓纖維化或急性骨髓性白血病。我們三十年來累積了數十位病人在不同病程中之配對剩餘骨髓檢體,可以有系統地分析在病程惡化時其基因變異的進化概況,再配合存留的正常組織,更可做全面性基因圖譜的檢測。此計劃完成後,預期有機會找出具預後價值的新穎突變基因,可提供早期介入治療的參考。對於惡化成急性白血病時新獲得的突變基因及與其共存的其他突變基因的協同作用,將進行其體外生物功能的探討及小鼠造血幹細胞移植模式的硏究,成果將有助於更加暸解此症病程轉惡成纖維化症或急性白血病的病理機轉,有潛力對將來新藥研發及標靶治療提供助益,在學術上及轉譯應用研究均有貢獻。
