Abstract

抗丙型干擾素自體抗體疾病好發於台灣地區，且這個疾病與人種特有的 HLA 基因型有關係，此計畫的目標是發展丙型干擾素嵌合自體抗體受體Ｔ細胞，藉由抗原特異性的方式，專一的清除病人體內致病性的B細胞，來達到治療感染症的目的。而對於病人的抗丙型干擾素自體反應B細胞的研究也能解析該抗體的組成，了解它們與臨床症狀的相關性，期望可以進一步將研究應用於臨床治療上。
