Abstract

此計畫針對糖尿病的五種呼氣生物指標氣體,包含:烷類、醇類、酮類、芳香烴類與二氧化碳,提出一系列光學式呼氣感測實驗室感測片,利用多項策略方式來提升偵測極限,使感測材料能夠偵測到更低濃度的揮發性氣體,同時將五種呼氣生物指標氣體的量測結果,經由機器學習模組建置呼氣資料庫,除輔助醫師作疾病診斷,亦可提供糖尿病患者進行血糖值監控,呼氣中的資訊增加可提升對身體基本生化功能的瞭解,以達保健、預防、診斷、治療、照護的全齡健康願景發展。對於生醫檢測利用有正面的效益,以「精準健康」為主軸,達到政府推展5+2產業創新計畫的生醫科技創能項目,提升國家競爭力與培育學術人才。
