本研究計畫主要著重在多重藥物的 pterostibene 奈米微脂體奈米微脂體開發,並研究其破壞生物膜、抗菌機制與安全性研究,經由三年連續性的研究希望可將所設計的 pterostibene 奈米微脂體傳輸系統處方的相關技術技轉至國內生技公司或藥廠,藉此可進行臨床試驗,並推廣到生醫材料及醫藥市場。
