Abstract

本計畫擬藉由緩解殘留應力的膜層設計,配合真空後硒(硫)化製程,透過摻雜元素濃度與前驅物堆疊結構的調變,控制熱退火製程化學環境參數,解決材料的本質缺陷問題。最後在環境友善的製程條件下,實現雙向入光型式的光伏元件製作,增加應用端的可適用範圍。 在產業、社會及經濟發展面:提升金屬硫硒化合物光伏元件效能,使其具量產化價值,帶動其相關應用面多元化;未來可促進與民生發展結合,達到永續化經營。
