Abstract

本研究可以釐清環境汙染物，特別汽機車排放物多環芳烴與室內過敏原塵蟎，對氣喘發炎控制不良者，造成呼吸道傷害，嚴重氣喘急性發作與肺功能逐年下降成因，提出更有利的科學證據，喚醒大眾對氣喘控制的重要性，減少空氣汙染與防止室內過敏原暴露，同樣重要。這分子機轉與環境汙染物相關性，可提供治療標的，發展新的氣喘個人化醫學治療。
