Abstract

有效利用有限的醫療資源及確保醫療品質為台灣重要的醫療政策目的。產官學各界也據此希望透過分級醫療來改善台灣醫療環境。然分級醫療制度的施行仰賴分級醫療指標的確立。過去作法主要透過邀請醫師與專家對各類疾病所適合的醫療層級進行界定。這些指標在建構過程中,通常仰賴既有疾病分類與醫師專業的「人工」判斷。因此,隨醫學科技進步,人類醫療疾病複雜程度增加,及台灣使用編碼更新等因素,也就必須與時俱進重新分類。本研究利用深度學習方法,利用其對於資料的概論化、平移性,達到高度的預測性。透過AI與機器學習機制建構資源效率配置之分級醫療預測模型,並討論相關資源利用與浪浪費的估計。
