Abstract
在心臟加護病房病人的初始研究中發現，苯丙氨酸升高的病人，一年內死亡率升高4倍，但為何增加?如何與死亡相關?原因目前真的不清楚。 本研究欲建立檢測苯丙氨酸的適應症及流程，可進一步對已發現苯丙氨酸升高的病人，有專屬的鑑別原因檢測平台，達到精準醫療的概念。本研究相當符合臨床轉譯性的理念，聚焦於重症病人，在提出一個更精準的風險評估方法後，可以根據分類，找出相對應的病生理學類別，進而發展相對之應介入方法。研究成果希望可改善重症病人的預後，且預期可用在更多不同屬性的重症病人族群或甚至非重症病人族群。
