Abstract
鉤端螺旋體症與急慢性腎病及纖維化有其密切相關性。本研究以感染動物模式探討鉤端螺旋體菌慢性感染腎病(AKI to CKD)及二次損傷鉤端螺旋體菌感染腎病(AKI on CKD)的適應不良修復機制以了解鉤端螺旋體菌感染造成慢性腎病的腎纖維化機制。藉由此研究成果將更了解感染急慢性腎病的分子機制進而有益於此疾病的診斷及治療。
