Abstract
本計畫的目的在研究果蠅生殖細胞如何選擇雄性或雌性。這是一個重要的分化上的問題，因為奠定性別之後，生殖細胞才能逐漸分化，最終成為精子或卵子。早期生殖細胞數量稀少，以往在研究上面臨許多挑戰。本計畫將利用最新的基因體學技術，搭配果蠅遺傳學工具上的優勢，預期能夠針對此議題的幾個重要基礎面向提出新的見解。
