Abstract

多功能奈米藥物於疾病治療診斷有著顯著優勢,且奈米藥物可改善腫瘤於放射治療之離子輻射效應,故開發一同時具成像和治療目的之奈米藥物有獨特之重要性。基於以上研究發想,本研究計畫發展雙金屬奈米糰簇作為輻射增敏劑並評估放射治療之體內、外生物相容性、腫瘤細胞DNA損傷、輻射劑量優化且同時作為核磁照影對比劑之可行性。同時,瞭解金/釓雙金屬奈米糰簇於放射治療之應用機制,評估該奈米輻射增敏劑於治療體內原位腫瘤之療效且減低暴露於高電離輻射時損傷正常組織之風險。診斷則結合多參數磁振造影與光學影像提供有效的治療診斷技術平台,以瞭解奈米藥物於癌症治療之應用機轉並期給予奈米製劑與臨床前基礎研究上之發展。
