Abstract

本研究透過基因敲入小鼠模型驗證台灣生物銀行基因體關聯性研究的初步發現,為人類遺傳學結果與動物機制研究之間搭建橋樑。本研究計畫將深化對ALDH2*2基因變異的學術理解,特別是在其對身體活動、骨骼肌萎縮、氧化壓力及線粒體功能障礙的影響機制上,為基因如何影響運動行為及代謝健康提供關鍵洞見。同時,本計畫可用於開發靶向ALDH2功能的前臨床治療,促進針對代謝及肌肉相關疾病的創新療法。此外,研究結果將為高ALDH2*2盛行族群提供精準健康建議,並為制定公共健康政策及精準醫療策略奠定基礎,提升國民健康水平並促進國家生物醫學研究發展。
