Abstract

鑒於我們之前的研究,右心室出口通道的早發性心室收縮會造成心肌肌動蛋白排列結構凌亂,進而引起心室功能不彰。因此,我們建置的源至右心室出口通道的早發性心室收縮的動物模型主要來證明臨床常使用的乙型阻斷劑及消除早發性心室收縮對於早發性心室收縮引起的心肌病改善的機制如何? 藉由我們的實驗也可以提供現行臨床指引的兩種策略對於右心室出口通道的早發性心室收縮的理論基礎。另一方面,藉由我們的研究也可以說明早發性心室收縮是否可以造成心房心律不整的基礎證據。讓臨床對於早發性心室收縮是否需要治療提供另一個有利條件。
