Abstract

PLA2G6基因突變造成早發性第十四型帕金森病,目前對於帕金森病成因仍不清楚,且無有效延緩神經退化的治療方法。本計畫的研究結果有助於瞭解第十四型遺傳性帕金森病及原發型帕金森病之病理機轉,亦提供未來個人化細胞治療的契機。此外,本研究利用體學方法除了更全面性了解帕金森病的致病機轉,亦尋找有用的抗神經發炎反應化合物與帕金森病生物標記,提供第十四型帕金森病與原發性帕金森病患的早期預測、監測疾病進程與疾病治療。
