Abstract
本計畫的研究重點是藥物開發，動物體內藥物功效以及作用機轉研究。抗流感病毒劑ITA的開發即將進入體內動物測定的階段。在開發候選藥物方面的投資，可以產生重大的經濟影響，包括為在台灣蓬勃發展的生物製藥行業的培訓學生。更重要的是，我們的化合物如果能夠成功上市，在獲准銷售後，可以為我國帶來大量經濟收入，並節省外匯。
