Abstract
本研究若能順利執行並發現治療角膜傷口癒合不良的新標的，將可以:1. 幫助社會上因角膜疾病而失明的患者。2. 減少因復明造成的社會成本及衍生的經濟問題。3. 找出負壓促進角膜傷口癒合的機轉蛋白，進一步分析其中的分子機制並發展出以藥物治療的模式，提供一個嶄新的治療契機，學術上將有助於角膜再生醫學的應用與發展。
