Abstract

隨著人口老化的趨勢，失智症患者與日俱增，如何及早發現高危險群與適當介入為一迫切研究議題。根據文獻查證，在未被診斷為失智症之前，記憶衰退抱怨是未來可能發生認知功能下降與失智症的高危險群的一項重要特徵。此研究擬以前瞻性長期追蹤研究設計，深入探討在未被診斷為失智症之前，居住在社區具有記憶衰退抱怨特徵高齡者之健康狀態與健康照護需求。這些研究成果能增加目前臺灣還相當缺乏的記憶衰退抱怨相關學術研究實證成果，同時可提供國家未來發展高齡者認知功能健康促進照護服務整合性規劃之參考，以設法減低社會整體關於失智症照護之經濟負擔。
