Abstract

本計畫為延續之前 “結合健保資料庫及分子生物學建立抗攝護腺癌中藥的嶄新篩選平台”的研究，並開發出黃耆多醣為有潛力的抗攝護腺癌藥物。希望藉由此研究模式來持續研究並探索黃耆多醣在攝護腺癌的免疫治療中療效及機轉，期望以後能更進一步應用於臨床。就影響力而言，希望藉由此嶄新的研究模式，發掘中藥中有潛力的抗攝護腺癌藥物。
