Abstract

本計畫開發高增益及低旁波瓣毫米波陣列天線,可運用於車用雷達及毫米波無線通訊系統,提供優異輻射與接收特性。本設計採用高階模TM03貼片作為單元天線,可達成高增益。首先以挖雙槽孔方式抑制高階模反向電流,進而加入兩寄生元件,寄生元件與貼片形成類似三單元陣列,整體造成Taper excitation效果,可降低旁波瓣。在陣列饋電網路設計方面,提出SIW串-併式一分八功分器設計,兼具串聯及併聯式網路之優點,可縮減尺寸並容易調整電性,藉以組成18陣列天線。本計畫採用高階模TM03模貼片及寄生元件設計毫米波高增益低旁瓣陣列天線,是國內外熱門研究方向,具有新穎性及實用性,可提升國內微波天線研究及產業技術。
