Abstract

法尼醇X受體FXR被認為是肥胖和2型糖尿病的治療靶點。本計畫將證明葛根芩連湯影響腸肝循環法尼醇X受體FXR所調節的代謝網絡。整體重點會呈現葛根芩連湯對法尼醇X受體FXR的激活效益及其對膽汁酸依賴性機制在腸道微生物菌叢的影響。計畫成果能夠進一步說明葛根芩連湯參與法尼醇X受體FXR、膽汁酸與泛素-蛋白酶體系統在腸肝循環的代謝途徑,對於非酒精性脂肪肝治療可以開啟新面向。同時也能提供脂質、葡萄糖、胰島素調控異常的疾病如肥胖,糖尿病有用的參考價值。
