Abstract

人類諾羅病毒是引起非細菌性急性腸胃炎最主要的致病原。儘管其臨床的重要性, 目前我們對於此病毒的基本認識, 仍極其有限, 這其中包含了病毒基因的表現機制和各病毒蛋白質的功能。在本研究計畫中, 我們針對這些相關問題, 進行實驗探討, 我們預期解答特定病毒基因的表現機制和其於細胞內的可能潛藏功能。
