本計畫欲結合拉脫維亞、立陶宛和臺灣三方在有機/超分子化學、時間分辨螢光、光物理和生物成像的專業團隊以先進的光物理測量和合成方式創建嘌呤核的多功能光敏/電子/能量轉移系統,以開發化學傳感器、螢光探針、和光催化系統,並應用於化學、生物物理、環境監控和OLED技術上。
