Abstract

周圍神經損傷後軸突再生過程緩慢，功能恢復往往有限。因此，釐清神經退化的分子機制並發現加速軸突再生的新分子對於發展新的治療方法非常重要。本計畫的實驗結果將釐清 MFG-E8 如何造成老化周圍神經再生失敗的細胞和分子機制，並為治療提供新的目標。
