肌少症進程顯現代謝物變化特徵，造成差異並未釐清，因體內代謝物濃度會受到內外因子影響，包含代謝輔酶-B族維生素。此研究以多體學及B族維生素或相關活化態分析，更全面探討肌少症造成代謝變化。此精準代謝評估，將應用於肌少症營養介入研究，以更精確了解介入成效。此外，B族維生素濃度分析值，可成為未來攝取量參考值。
