Abstract

本研究根據退化性關節炎病患在日常生活的需求中，發展以手機應用程式(app)於自我管理方案的模式，以提高其對此慢性病的自我管理能力和生活品質。通過app自我管理方式以促進病患與醫療人員共同合作，並產生更好的結果，減少醫療資源的浪費。因此，我們期望發展不同策略的e化自我管理計劃，建構OA病患自我管理之相關指南，促進臨床照護之成效，以激勵政府的政策制定者採取措施，制定有助於病患保持健康狀態的政策以幫助病患掌握自己的健康狀況，獲得更妥善的照護，以手機應用程式於自我管理的計劃是值得為遠距健康照護的開發。
