Abstract

透過調節膽鹼代謝的藥理策略可為此發展成腦部疾病的新型治療方法,由於其中的磷脂醯膽鹼和膽鹼是細胞膜和脂蛋白的重要組成部分,在膜結構和細胞訊號傳導中具有關鍵作用,加上膽鹼-磷脂醯膽鹼代謝路徑是很重要的細胞能量指標,若降低磷脂醯膽鹼合成則會引發細胞凋亡。研究提出保護胞磷膽鹼的藥物傳輸系統,能達成磷脂醯膽鹼的直接前驅物,並將此代謝途徑進行能量補給則成為一藥物標的的新治療方法。
