Abstract

本計畫開發具癌症光熱療法/化學動力療法/飢餓療法聯合治療能力的奈米複合物,整合了葡萄糖氧化酶、還原石墨烯量子點、和MnO2的奈米複合物可以實現生化/化學反應的循環,增強飢餓治療療效,利用rGQD高光熱轉換效率除可以近紅外進行光熱治療,並可提昇催化反應速率,結合針對腫瘤缺氧/弱酸微環境的化學動力治療。利用所開發功能性奈米複合物提供的多項優點,以標靶傳輸奈米複合物的給藥方式,結合有效近紅外光激發,可提供癌症多重治療平台,提升腫瘤治療成效。利用此功能化奈米複合物進行癌症治療,預期可提供創新具臨床應用潛力的癌症奈米醫學新療法。
