Abstract

結合非侵入性電刺激與行為療法之上肢復健模式是近期學術與臨床領域都在積極發展之面向。本計畫將採用兩種神經科技輔助電刺激結合鏡像治療以開發創新之雙重神經科技輔助鏡治療 (DNA-MT) 取向,研究成果預期可對中風復健的學術、臨床以及社會經濟等面向產生重要影響。學術面向上,本計畫將探討此療法如何透過神經與運動塑性的功能重組以協助患者的上肢功能恢復。臨床應用面向上,預期可提供中風患者最合適的綜合介入模式之建議,以達到最有效之上肢感覺運動以及健康相關功能之恢復。從社會經濟面向來看,了解最佳的神經科技輔助與動作訓練的結合模式將有助於醫療機構採用最有效之介入治療措施以減少不必要的社會與醫療成本。
