Abstract

1.在眾多轉錄組調控機制中,編碼區域的RNA編輯在功能角色上仍懸而未解。 2.透過整合動物與細胞模式的實驗,本研究將深入探討一新穎編輯目標Unc80之重新編碼事件如何影響神經行為,並描繪其於電生理及能量恆定過程中的機制。 3.此系統性研究策略將能拓寬瞭解RNA編輯之生理和發育意義,進而提供了對與神經生理相關疾病之潛在治療方案的見解。
