Abstract

本研究旨在開發整合心率變異度和皮膚自體螢光的創新糖尿病周邊神經病變篩檢方案,在學術發展方面,本研究首次結合自律神經功能和組織糖化損傷標記,開創糖尿病周邊神經病變篩檢新方向,增進對疾病機轉的理解,並為臨床研究提供新的實證基礎。在臨床應用層面,本方案提供快速、非侵入性且客觀的篩檢工具,能顯著提升早期診斷能力。可優化門診工作流程,提升醫療效率。就社會經濟效益而言,及早發現和預防可有效降低後續併發症的發生率,減少住院和截肢等重大併發症的醫療支出,降低病患的失能率並改善生活品質。 本研究成果將協助建立更完善的糖尿病併發症預防網絡,提升篩檢能力,促進醫療資源的有效分配,對台灣醫療科技發展具有深遠影響。
