Abstract
自噬作用和先天免疫反應的連結和調控會對心肌梗塞以及心臟功能有重要的影響。目前臨床上對心肌梗塞的治療還非常有限。據先期的研究資料顯示，自噬作用和先天免疫反應的連結和調控對心肌梗塞的治療能提供一種全新治療的思考，對新型的心肌梗塞藥物的研究具有相當的潛力。執行本計畫後，我們預期能對心臟病的治療 提供新的方式，或有可能找到新方法來設計新的心肌梗塞藥物。學術上希望可以對肥胖和心血管疾病的研究有所突破。
