Abstract

肌少症的因素包含高齡、基因、生活習慣及飲食營養狀況。過去我們在肌少症的代謝體學研究中發現,肌少症患者隨著疾病進程其血液及尿液代謝物濃度有顯著差異。因此探討肌少症血液及尿液中代謝物變化機制,將是本計畫研究目標之一。此外,B族維生素,為代謝途徑之重要輔酶且目前對活化態B族維生素於代謝中扮演的角色研究甚少,故本計劃將以全血探討不同活化態的B族維生素於代謝路徑中的角色。同時以多體學研究為基礎結合基因及腸道微生物相分析,以闡明完整代謝變化機轉,有助開發延緩或改善肌少症之全新營養攝取建議。此外,本計畫亦會藉由肌母細胞模式探討相關代謝機制。
