Abstract

對於學術領域方面的拓展,能了解氮化物半導體材料面對電磁脈衝下所展現的電性優勢與物理特性,並獲取元件傳輸時插入損失的影響要因及其高頻封裝之重要技術,據以提供我國濾波保護電路在設計上可有更多參考資訊;而在國防與產業界上的實務應用,將可大幅提升我國國防自主研發能力、蓄積產業界電磁脈衝防護能量,藉以面對外國競爭與威脅的嚴峻考驗;最後透過計畫的執行推展,可培育國內專業人才,使我國射頻積體電路設計方面在國際上更具競爭力。
