Abstract

本計畫將對於非顯著性肝纖維化C型肝炎完成抗病毒SVR後之適切臨床追蹤時間間隔之建議,並以健保給付面及疾病整體給付(健保+自費)面,進行不同臨床追蹤時間間隔策略之成本效果分析,提供臨床追蹤策略及國家整體對於C型肝炎根除後且非顯著性肝纖維化族群之臨床追蹤策略制定參考。除此之外,本計畫將運用醫院電子病歷系統及資源,進行C型肝炎SVR後非顯著性肝纖維化個案後續罹患肝癌之風險分數計算模型,以作為追蹤資源分配之依據,並邁向個人精緻化個案管理。
