Abstract

此研究旨在透過小鼠實驗,探索調節膠淋巴系統的治療目標,以減緩阿茲海默症和老化引起的認知衰退。研究評估以下治療介入對膠淋巴活性和認知表現的影響:(1) 當前臨床用於阿茲海默症的認知增強藥物,(2) 治療共病對改善合併阿茲海默症與代謝症候群小鼠的影響,(3) 睡眠藥物對合併阿茲海默症與睡眠障礙小鼠的膠淋巴功能和認知的效果,(4) 健康飲食或控制代謝合併症對老年小鼠膠淋巴功能和認知的影響,(5) 結合運動與藥物治療是否進一步優化膠淋巴活動和認知表現。研究方法涵蓋腦部磁振造影、活體腦部顯微影像、腦切片免疫組織化學,以及星狀細胞RNA定序與轉錄組分析,以深入瞭解介入治療對膠淋巴系統的影響機制。
